看过以前的讨论但是没有提这个问题，我就是想不明白c为何不正确，现在完成时不是表示过去发生的事情对现在还有影响么？这个为何不能理解成对现在的影响啊？

其实个人认为这个题目比较tricky，关键在于appears, constitute和calls这三个动作其实质都是scholar的观点，好比说：现在的学者认为某个东西‘显示appears’或‘组成constitute’等等都是现在的观点，没有过去的含义；当然，我们可以怀疑是否过去的scholar是否也有类似的看法，不过A没有任何暗示，而且，重要的是A的表述是可以被接受的。
