连接几个并列的成分

若是肯定句，用and

若是否定句，用or

其中这个否定句嘛，凡是有not、no的就是，而那些有never，nor等的都不算否定句

用and或or表达的意思不同：not A, B, and C, 表示不是ABC三个的组合，有可能是其中任意一个；而 not A, B, or C，表达是不是其中的任意一个

这里是and 和or都可以的，因为我们不能判断到底是哪种意思。这题跟natural的那题不一样，因为那题我们是可以判断，natural的话其中的任何一个都不能包括，只能用or。

这题只能通过not...but...的平行来判断，正确的方式只有两种，not caused by..., but caused by...; caused not by..., but by...

看了og的解释是，如果把or改成and，就改变了句子的意思，所以不能选。

选项A，能否看做是not caused by stress, alcohol, or rich foods, but (caused by), 其中 caused by 被省略避免重复呢？
