第一句话说之前人们认为男性的雄性激素含量高会导致心脏病，第二句话是说有心脏病的男人雄心激素含量比没有心脏病的人的含量低很多。题目问的是这个Argument是基于什么样的假设？
我觉得这里需要的假设应该是B吧，就是得了心脏病之后并不会改变雄性激素的含量，这样才可以得出结论！
