Smith School of Business, I am delighted to inform you that the admissions committee has recommended you for admission into the Smith Master of Science in Business: Finance program beginning in Fall 2012. Your file has now been forwarded to the Graduate School for a formal admission decision. The Graduate School will review your record and should be able to render a formal admission decision within the next 3 weeks.

楼主这个确定就是录取信么？话说我也收到了，可是没敢抱太大希望，不是要等final decision么~而且没有提到将的问题，会不会有呢……
