A/C 错，很明显their 不对。
B总觉得少了个in its share 才通顺，
B/D可以理解Which ranges,这里的which变成指代country是不对；但不能理解的是看到prep语法手册解释说：which的指代其实并没有固定死规则，不一定只指代最近的名词，跟所有代词一样，有就近指代的的倾向，但是具体修饰对象，应该根据各种线索或者逻辑含义来判断。
难道D中的which 可以跳跃指代book market?那样d是否正确呢？
E也很困惑，which 是没问题。但to..from本身就不优于from..to.另外，我也觉得在its share 前少了in。
