有关滨州州立。。email这个是不是说明补上托福就录取了？

我收到了一封信好像是说其他资料都拿到了。但是托福成绩还没有收到。。然后告诉我什么7月份就要开学报到什么的。。。如果没什么问题的话要补一份托福成绩的送分。。。。附上email：

The Master of Finance is housed exclusively at the Penn State Great Valley campus located near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The main campus at University Park is located in State College, Pennsylvania which is approximately 3 hours from us by car.

The Great Valley campus is primarily a campus designed for part-time study. Most of our students live locally and work full time. However, students on a visa can be enrolled in full-time status. The Master of Finance degree program can be completed in one-year for full-time students. We do not have on-campus housing. You will need to find your own place to live. In addition, our campus is not located near public transportation. You will need a car to commute to campus. Classes are scheduled during evening hours, usually from 6-9 p.m. Penn State Great Valley students must be self-funded. We cannot offer financial assistance or graduate assistantships.

Most international students admitted to the Penn State Great Valley Master of Finance program should plan to arrive in the U.S. prior to the start of the fall 2012 semester to get settled. The arrival day for our international students will most likely be July 26, 2012.

There is an extended-stay hotel next to our campus where you can live while completing some additional requirements for our Office of Global Programs (I-20 requirements for students once they arrive in the United States), obtaining a Pennsylvania driver’s license, and locating permanent housing. We will be able to provide information on possible housing options for you. There are several places to live very near campus. It will be necessary to purchase a car once you are settled here. Because our campus is not within walking distance to public transportation, you will need a car.

You will have the opportunity during this time to meet other newly admitted international students in the Master of Finance program who will also need to find housing and get a car.

Penn State University (school code 2660) has not received your official TOEFL score report yet.
All other required application documents have been received, including your official GMAT score report.

As an international applicant, you may have many questions about studying in the U.S. You also may wish to connect with other international students who are already studying at Great Valley or will be in the near future. You should know that many students from China are currently applying to the program for the fall 2012 semester. Also, students from China are currently in the Penn State Great Valley Master of Finance program or have already graduated from the program!

如果他要录你，他绝对会明确的说。我觉得这只是一封通知你托福没收到的email, 但是你可以发邮件问一下吧。
