楼主是说我么？你是15：45面的么？
在JW 万豪咖啡厅面的，面试官是Kate Piasecki ，进去的时候先寒暄了两句，交了简历/ 护照/ 名片。。。被kate 调侃了一下护照发型= = ，看了名片还问是不是现在的中国公司里大家都起个英文名，还有我为什么挑这个名字。。。然后简单介绍了一下整个流程，面试正式开始。1) Talk about your internationalexchange experience. How did you get in the program? 2) Why did you choose financemajor in university? 3) How many students are there inyour class? Did you take classes together? 4) How did you get in your currentcompany? Did you take part in the campus recruitment? 5) Why were you promoted to thecurrent position? 6) Talk about your leadershipskills. Describe your team members and how you lead them. 7) Why MBA? Describe your post-MBAambition. How do you plan to achieve your career goal through the MBA study?Give me the names of companies that you are interested to take an internshipin. 8) How do you choose a businessschool? Why Emory? 9) What do you do in free time? 10) You have acted as XXX when youwere in university. What is the greatest lesson that you have learned 11) Give me three words that yourcolleagues describe you. Give me three words that your boss describes you. Give me three words that your university classmatesdescribe you. Give me three words that your family members describe you. Among the twelve words, choose a word that you think is themost important for your future MBA life. Give me an example to demonstrate yourpoint. （12 个形容词已经把LZ 憋出内伤了。。。然后发现这个问题扯着扯着偏题了T_T ）12) Q&A sections 整个面试大概持续了35-40 分钟。因为收到的面试邮件里只写到是JW 万豪，然后在小字部分偷偷标注了lobby 也没有写几楼，所以其实还蛮难找的。出来的时候在一楼碰到也是来面试emory 的迷路的姑娘，就顺手给指了个路积攒下人品，祝大家好运。Ps. 我进去的时候看见咖啡厅里除了我们以外还有2 桌人，但有1 桌是3 个人而且唯一一个中国人也没有穿正装，剩下一桌是2 个外国人，所以说难道今天在上海只有Kate 一个面试官？？？我本来以为进去的时候会看到好几桌同时在面试的情景的。。。-- by 会员 reuentalv (2012/2/2 16:53:29)
