感觉ROSS 不怎么卡，之前想申ROSS 来着，发了邮件给负责finance PhD program 招生的professor, 也给小秘打了电话，他们都说他们不用托福卡人.这是他们给我回的邮件...

最不靠谱的就是UIUC，
我开始也申请他家，直到都申请完后，有点后悔，因为我查他家的PHD的学生背景，基本都是UIUC本校毕业的硕士，然后写信问问他家，他家屁个字都不回。申请费还他妈贵，100刀。写信无非问问他家录取情况，现在决定了没。等等。一个字都不回。
然后过了N久，直接一个拒信。
