这道题 考到的是ing分词，做结果状语不用考虑形式主语。前面一句话是原因 后面taking..........是结果

这里taking的功能就是”逗号+doing“的格式作为独主，要满足3点
1. share前面句子的主语---share的是fisheries
2. 修饰整句
3. 形容这个action---形容这个sell的功能，如何sell

所以这里应该是用selling来做划线开头的内容

独主是强调结果的，（是一种unavoidable, direct consequence)
还有一个同能就是强调同时，at the same time

taking难道不是伴随状语吗？

E选项我觉得是这样的。功能不明确的意思是，take advantage没有平行的对象，看划线句后面的and to pridict, to pridict 是与to sell 平行的。所以take没有平行的对象。
我们只能说  to do A,to do B, and to do C 或者 to do A,do B,and do C.
最后一项一定要加and并且和第二项的形式相同，也就是说第二项决定了后面所有项是用to do 还是 do..

这里确实是插入语，跟前面说的不矛盾。
通常我们看到的是"S V O, v-ing. " 其实这个从本质上讲，"v-ing"就是插入语，只是后面跟着句号而已，因为句子已经说完了。
