都是做定语的啊，我觉得是前置定语和后置定语而已。虽然3个修饰语没有平行标志，但是B项里他们的确平行，地位相等，open to discuss

我觉得是这样的consisting前没有逗号，只能做定语， 必须就近修饰organized society,也就是后者的定语，整个从句的结构就成了
wasps that living in a highly cooperativeand organized society (consisting almost entirely of females—the queen and her sterile)
female workers.

都是形容society所以都是定语。

如果是这样的话，那么句子的谓语在哪里呀？consisting是定语，那不就没有谓语了吗

谓语应该是number吧~说yellow jeckets是900种的一种的意思吧~~

后半句按正确答案来说应该是独立主格吧 修饰主句  一开始看的时候其实挺费解的后来才发现谓语是number。。

还有A 的错误我觉得og上的解释不到位啊。。。不是很认同  
应该是后半句where从句缺少谓语 they are consist of。。。吧 少了are

固定搭配 A + consist of + A的组成元素
