这样理解吧：rule本身不能intend，是被用来intend的，而且C中的ensure后少了that，这个比较致命

c的put through triage修饰错，这个比较严重，然后ensure后少that容易歧义，然后a其实是省略了which is，法律法规的问题么，不算是correctness的错误，所以这里就没有体现，个人看法
