我说一点浅见：
十分觉得A的语气太过肯定，好像一定检验结果会支持这个将会propel和help的预期。但是东西还是is being tested,结果还不知道，所以我觉得E没有A那么自信，E的表达偏于主观，逻辑上更通顺一些。

看完长达n页的3个贴子，得出结论：管同学的答案E受到了广泛的批评。nn们一致意见A.

反对E的理由：have capability罗嗦之类。我这么说没什么证据，不过我的确曾经有很深印象，这个说法不是必死无疑的。

我做题的时候，觉得全有问题，我当时觉得E的问题是同一个主语没必要拆成两个句子，可以and连接两个动词。不过道这道题，这两个动词没有连续性，分成两个句子也是合理的，虽然不确定，但是我当时觉得其他选项更不对。

讨论里nn们还讨论了巨多逻辑的问题，其实我觉得这道题没什么逻辑问题，因为语法的矛盾很明显。有人能举个在正式文体中，像A这么定语后置么（注意是定语，不是同位语）？恕我看多贴子有点眼晕，我没发现以前的讨论里友人举过这样的例子。我英语很烂，读的东西少，印象中没见过，至少在og里没见过，希望眼睛雪亮的xdjm's给个例子，让我彻底投降。
