今天认证报告出炉，关于认证机构WES和ECE的一点小感想和建议

想问一下WES是5、0的绩点还是4.0啊~~~~~

我只是好奇一件事情，如果学校本身要WES ECE那就不说啥了，但是如果学校没说要WES ECE，你做了以后GPA倒是提高了，但是本身百分数是没有变的，很有可能学校需要自己重新算一下GPA（因为tons of applicants GPA算法千差万别），那不是算高了也没有意义了么。。。除非学校比较粗暴不管你神马算法只要是4分的都一视同仁。。。

如果学校没说要做，就不必多此一举啦，学校不感冒的

1.    全称：World Education Services 世界教育服务机构

3.    认证流程：step1: 网上申请评估或者邮寄申请表（邮寄表格可在网上下载）https://www.wes.org/apply/createaccount.asp?loc=onlineapp ；
         Step2: 把准备的材料按要求寄到WES（不同的材料分别由自己或权威机构提交）：普通邮件：World Education Services, P. O. Box 5087, Bowling Green Station, New York, NY 10274-5087, USA. 快递邮件：World Education Services, 64 Beaver St, #146, New York, NY 10004 USA.
         Step3:wes认证
         Step:wes把package寄到你要求寄送的学校（注：Package分两种：basic & ICAP：When you order the WES ICAP, academic institutions receive a package that contains your evaluation report together with copies of the academic transcripts that are stored at WES. The WES Basic service consists of the evaluation report only and does not include transcripts. ）
4.    认证所需材料：（所有非英语文件需提供逐字逐句的精确英文翻译）
1）    High Education(高等教育)：
A. 经教育部核实的材料，包括：
a.    所有的毕业证书(中国高等教育信息网（学信网）提交：http://www.chsi.com.cn/，http://www.chsi.com.cn/xlrz/ct05.shtml )
b.    所有的学位证书(由中国教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心中心提交http://cqv.chinadegrees.cn/cn/)
c.    所有的成绩单(由中国教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心提交http://cqv.chinadegrees.cn/cn/)
           B. 所有学校颁发的中文版毕业证书和学位证书复印件（由自己提交）
2）    Secondary Education：General Academic High School（普通高中教育）：
A．    经教育部核实的材料：高中会考成绩单（由中国教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心提交，废除会考的省份需提交学校联系方式给WES以方便核实）
B．    就读学校出具的成绩单（由学校提交）
C．    清晰可读并由所就读学校和当地教育主管部门联合颁发的中文版毕业证书复印件（申请者自己提交）
注：关于国际学校，如果被中国教育部承认，请参照上面说明，被其他国家承认，参照其他国家高中的要求
3）    Secondary Education：Professional And Vocational High School(中专，职高)：
A.    经教育部门核实的材料：毕业证书（由中国教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心向WES提交）
B.    就读学校出具的成绩单 （由学校提交）
C.    清晰可读的中文版毕业证书复印件（自己提交）

woooow 这么虐！ 怎么差这么多啊~~~看得我很惶恐啊~~~
昨天刚把材料送去WES和教育部两头。
之前被推荐做ECE的，说他们家材料只需一头送不必involve CVQ，比较快，不过后来联络了ECE核实后，官方措辞的确说与WES基本保持一致了。
从材料的递交与分数的评估。╮(╯▽╰)╭先要申请教育部认证，直接送至ECE/WES, 然后WES/ECE才开始proceed。

我6月底本科毕业后马上参加了某校内部招生考试，面试通过后然后被Admission要求递交GT成绩，递交完了之后，又被通知说要递交WES/ECE course-by-course的报告，学校说这是今年针对研究生申请人的新policy。不能免。现在去美国各大高校网站一看，要求递交这类学分评估的还真不少呢。我问ECE能不能直接把公证处的毕业证和学位证公证+Transcript给它一次性评估，而且自己只要求做学分评估，以下是官方回复：

We understand that you only want your undergraduate credentials evaluated.
However, we recommend that you adhere to the requirements for your Graduate
Program and request the High School and University Level Course By Course Report.

Please note that ECE now requires a China Qualifications Verification
Credentials Reports of your Chinese language credentials for your High
School and University course work. The verification report must be sent

这边因为填写文凭名称的时候被要求in both English and native language，但是ece的系统不认会出乱码，特地去问问清楚。

wes比较快，两三天就给了回复:
因为在WES网上找不到那个叫international transcrip request form的东东下载处， 就给他们去信问了。
回复如下：
