简洁第一还是平行第一???大全C-25

到底是简洁最重要还是结构平行最重要？？

当然是句意排第一，这道题也一样，这个the income tax，这个定冠词并无所特指。

d表达不清楚，和b比较一下，b表明了tax的来源。

平行肯定是优选，而且我觉得tax on what they earn和the income tax在意思上并不一致，前者泛泛而言，后者是明确的税种。
