the answer is E, but that sounds werid, 'cause you are comparing what demographers know with "now", I like C better, what do ya think?

我觉得应该补出动词才对吧？我选D。我也觉得E比较对象的概念不对等。

但是，C肯定是错的，economic才表示是（社会）经济的，economical表示“节约的、俭省的”。

可以问一下这题的出处吗？好像不是大全里的题。

yeah actually I like D better, but i just don't see any reason why we should add "they do now", 'cause since the subject is demographers, they can't be refering to forecasts(my friend just told me that)
