否定句中and需要改成or，那否定句如何鉴定呢？
之前的概念是一定要出现NOT，但在语法笔记上的本体题

few的意思应该是几乎没用的意思吧。
而且我觉得这题从逻辑上看reduced the amount of driving和 made fuel efficiency a priority when shopping for cars如果用and链接就表示即。。又。。这两个不可能同时发生，所有只能是or 表示。。。或。。。

没有任何规定说肯定句不能用or
