The major economic activities of Cheyenne, Wyoming include transportation, chemicals, tourism, but governmental activities. The use of "but" here is definitely wrong. IMO, "but" should be corrected as "but not". "chemicals" is noun, so grammartically it's O.K. to use "chemicals" as the object of "include". Same as your guys, I'm not very used to TOEFL. But I find that unlike GMAT, TOEFL grammar test is mainly concerned of the mechanics of English grammar, not necessarily of the subtleties. |
