Just did a quick search of a few schools' alumni base on LinkedIn, regarding their presence in three consulting firms. AKA, M/B/B. Might not be precisely representative, considering the fact that not everyone is on LinkedIn and people do move from one firm to another. But doesn't hurt to take a look, for a rough idea of their presence in management consulting in CHINA.
BTW: Those are just schools that are of my best interest. Disclaimer: Data is originally from LinkedIn

These schools send tons of students to MBB every year. INSEAD alone sends hundreds of them annually. I did a quick search: Company (current): Mckinsey School: Insead location: anywhere
i got 520 returns.
not sure what criteria you used but your numbers definitely look off.

One more filter that I applied on searching is Location-China. I believe that brings my number down a lot
