Man, it's as if this letter is written to me.

But, I've become so cynical lately that I automatically think these are just BS.  There is no GOD.  Yeah, those people listed above succeeded after years of hard work, but they are just minority.  A lot more people did the same and had nothing to show for in the end.  Even if you've achieved what you were shooting for, it might turn out that it's not what you want.

anyways, life is shit.

作者楼主写得好不仅是因为京师大学堂出来的，他能善读历史，从成功人物身上学到可贵的品质；而且又有信仰，从圣经中汲取力量。里面的光，也就是一种spirit，这是最最重要的东西。我曾经很羡慕在美国生活的人，但是现在美国看到很多homeless的流浪汉，没有尊严的向别人要钱。 这样没有价值的生活，可算是我们的反面教材。

顺便回11楼，shit happens sometimes, but I don't think the meaning of life rely on the stuff that you achieved, in my opinion, the process matters even more than the final result. because every time you arrived one destination, you will find out another higher destination.
