赞成这个看法，我也觉得应该用完成时比较好。不过一来没有可选的完成时，二来择优选择平行结构，三来表达精确，所以只有D还看得过去。

我认为这里用一般过去时好 除了stoneren 说的平行外

一般过去时与完成时的区别在于 完成时发生于过去 强调的是对现在的影响或动作持续到现在

而这句 根据句意 只是说明in the past decade 发生过的事情 并不强调影响或持续 所以用一般现在时好
