看了一些讨论，争论主要出现在D、E 选项，但是E中的appear是动词复数形式，明显是个硬伤，所以选D。
但我想问，如果E选项的appear改成appears是不是就选它了
毕竟D的逻辑上存在着漏洞，bones是空间上是从egyptian desert中挖掘出来的，而非直接从恐龙身上扒下来的，D选项感觉from what...是修饰found的地点，而非化石本身的属性来源，而D用which引导的非限定从句解决了这个问题。
