watch somebody/something do/doing something(
eg：I watched him go, then went home.  /   Ruth could not bear to watch her parents arguing.
watch to do something (请注意没有sb/sth)
eg: I watched to see how he'd react.

这里是watch the store go bankrupt

22题：感觉这里的to be successful应该是目的状语巴。
