即便不知道 不定式表示目的 也该用to 而不用at
另外注意continue这个词是没有进行时的 它本事就表示持续的含义

1.注意时间限定词，since，所以要用现在完成时。还有理解句意：越来越多的垃圾产生在地球的轨道上，。。。。。
A： more and more littering has occurred in orbits near Earth, often because-->occurre 是瞬间动词，不能用现在完成时，表示持续的动作；because 要加句子的， the intentional discarding of lens caps,。。。。。这些是短语。
B：正解，句子意思正确，清楚简洁。
C:more and more 修饰成了 littered，改变句意。result from 比 from 冗杂，并且用doing的形式成了修饰伴随成分改变句意。
D：there be 冗余，littering of orbits 改变句意。
