Hello my friend—while Ross is a great place for you given its strength in manufacturing, Tuck is NOT strong.  I also don’t think that you will have a great chance of getting in there, given your background (and that we are now in Round 2 especially.)  Have you considered other programs that are VERY strong in manufacturing, such as Carnegie Mellon, Penn State, Ohio State, and Perdue?  All GREAT programs, and given your stats you may even get a scholarship there… And all better for manufacturing than Tuck.
