我跟小米说WES时间太长了，还要花很多钱，学校的成绩单很官方，给了换算标准，不用担心神马神马的

小米这么回复我，申这所的大家看看，应该可以Argue

Since some Chinese universities do use a 4.0 grading scale, we will need to review your transcript to determine if we have all the information we need regarding your academic background.  We will contact you via e-mail after this review to notify you whether or not anything further is required. As of now, just send us an electronic, unofficial copy of your transcript and we will determine if you will be exempt from the WES evaluation.
