前些天，看到有拿到OFFER 的同学，请问下是否需要WES认证，问了小米，至今杳无音信。谢谢

For a faster processing all transcripts, degrees, and diplomas must be verified by China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center or China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center, as appropriate. All documents must be sent directly to the Illinois Institute of Technology by these organizations.


If your prior institution does not issue transcripts in English, both the original and a professional English translation are required. If your prior institution does not use the 4.0 scale grading system, your admission coordinator in the Office of Graduate and Professional Enrollment will evaluate your grades to that system upon review of your transcripts. In the case we are unable to evaluate the credentials, applicants will be required to have their documents professionally evaluated. Applicants are free to choose their own service; however, we highly recommend World Education Services, Educational Credential Evaluators, or One Earth International Credential Evaluations. Official transcripts must be submitted along with the evaluation.

我觉得不是必须的，我自己学校是5分制的GPA，我觉得是IIT如果自己算不清楚你的GPA的话会要求你认证一下。所以我决定先提交一下试试了。
