If your prior institution does not use the 4.0 scale grading system, your admission coordinator in the Office of Graduate and Professional Enrollment will evaluate your grades to that system upon review of your transcripts. In the case we are unable to evaluate the credentials, applicants will be required to have their documents professionally evaluated. Applicants are free to choose their own service; however, we highly recommend World Education Services, Educational Credential Evaluators, or One Earth International Credential Evaluations. Official transcripts must be submitted along with the evaluation.

这个意思是 如果学校系统GPA不是4.0的话，要WES认证吗？ 你们去年公证没有？

For a faster processing all transcripts, degrees, and diplomas must be verified by China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center or China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center, as appropriate. All documents must be sent directly to the Illinois Institute of Technology by these organizations.

理论上可以，不过一般没什么必要，除非你真想做quant，mmf的课很难很难
