后有which，前面名词在变化，因此这题修饰对象肯定是考点
经过分写，after which肯定是一个时期，a,b，c后面连名词都不是，out
D中，after which后面是动名词，不是句子，out
最后剩下E，读读还可以，就它了

我也觉得是E。句子意思大概是，因为M，（M是天王星的卫星），有这许多不同的表面状态，有火山坑，山峰，山谷等等，所以许多科学家表示在某一时间，一些反复的影响（个人感觉可能是说地震之类的自然现象，不过这道题里好像没有说是什么）将地表破坏，随后那些破碎部分因为重力吸引重新组合成不同的地表面貌。

A。and后面一句不是完整的句子，可以排除
B。it指代不清，个人感觉having rejoined没道理用现在完成式，难道说这些破碎部分会一直重新组合到现在？？
C。suggest that之后不是完整句子，排除
D。这点我是用having rejoined排除的，不过我不清楚with那点有木有错。等待大牛解答
E。个人觉得很完美，repeated impacts是地表破坏的原因，after which是时间状语跟随补充解释。并且也后面用的是一般过去式，和broke一样。
