jury是集体名词，在这里应该不是指陪审团的每个成员而是说陪审团这个整体不能泄密，所以应该用单数形式的谓语动词，所以在A和Ｃ中选。
C中的them只能指代前面的proceeding但是proceeding不能发出leaking这个动作，prevent sth. 就是正确的用法，也不用一定要加双宾语，leaking的逻辑主语应该是jury，可以承前省略。
