我当初把题主语什么的都认错了，但依然顺利的做完了句子，因为that are和have， that bring都只能修饰复数的东西，我找不到任何复数的东西能在逻辑通顺的情况下给他们修饰，所以选择了has 和that is的B。

白痴一样的把题做完并且做对，只花了大概20秒。。。。。。只为验证四个字，逻辑为王！
