1月10号deadline,12月13考gmat会不会太晚了？真心求解

When will applicants be notified of admissions decision?Domestic applications (U.S. Citizens/Permanent Residents) will be reviewed on a rolling basis.  We anticipate making admissions decisions beginning in January.  Rolling admissions will not be utilized for international applications and the vast majority of international application decisions will be made at the end of March to early April.

这个意思是绿卡（我是美国居民）从一月统一开始看，边看边发offer，那就是说11月申请和12月申请没什么差别咯，都是1月开始看嘛。。。不知道这样的理解有没有问题

这个是说，我12月13考完GMAT，填完成绩，别的申请材料都弄好，我的申请就完成了，进入审核队伍了。还是要等ETS把GMAT寄给学校了，我的申请才算完成，进入审核队伍？

我觉得还是尽量早点考，GMAT的作文出分也要等一段时间呢 我打算11月初考 现在觉得时间也很近了 只能一边申请一边考试 哎~
