Namely is a "adv" , not a "conj", so Choice A is kicked off.

"the fact of" is never used by ets. "the fact that" is the usage. I still feel that there is no "that" after "namely" is a run-on structure.

IMO, they refers to fraternal-twin pairs.

That they vary considerably on a spectrum of genetic relatedness
        is an example of an overlooked feature.

可以解释一下d吗？我觉得d的it是形式主语，没有指代不清的嫌疑，而且开头with的用法也没有错吧？

b以一个长长的主语从句开头，反而觉得有点头重脚轻的。另外大家说第二个that是feature的同位语从句，那同位语从句和先行词间是不是可以有逗号的？
