答案是C没有问题。我的问题是有关and, then. 如果把C得答案改成subscriptions, then took turns drawing，中间没有and, 多加一个逗号，是否可以？我是想弄明白then是否可以连接句子, and then 一起用是否wordy.

then是副词，一般不能作连词用，and then比较好，但是记得以前好像看到过一题用then来连接句子得。反正and then不累赘，而且很标准。

石头哥哥，好久没有来CD了，刚发了个帖子就被你得找了，谢谢。看到你的提示，搜了一下大全，只有下面这一句的then 作连词是对的，其他的都是混淆选项。看来你所言极是，and then比较好些。

whose指代funds。这里fund可译作基金会，members是基金会的members。想想当original associations were organized as limited life funds时，不是所有的原会员都会subscribe to limited life funds的。如果不subscribe to the funds，就不能pay, and draw money÷。所以whose只能指代funds。
