不需要，后面有修饰company的using an analogous purification process.如果是自己，不可能是analogous肯定是same，所以不需要用any other

verb+ing 是 adverbial clause, 形容前面一句的 subject noun 跟他所做的動作

所以 its 是指 company's

但是 "that" 是直接形容銜接著的名詞, "confidentiality agreement"

所以 its 是代表 confidentiality agreement's

這樣可以排除 E

3.最後"虛擬語氣"的使用 vs "any (other)"

prohibit 到底能不能用在虛擬語氣上這是個很關鍵的解題重點

如果可以的話

我個人比較傾向於 A

因為 prohibiting that its water purification methods (to) be disclosed to companies

that 後面通常都是銜接一個 idea

prohibit 一個 idea of "its water purification methods (to) be disclosed to companies"

我不喜歡 C 的原因是因為它的 any companies 沒有加入 other,

雖然後面的analoguous可以排除 "companies" 包含自己本身

但為什麼還要加上 any 呢？

所以我猜測這裡的 any 是個陷阱

我會避開它選 A

在C和D中选了D,觉得两个语法上都没错.但是C缺少了一层意思, 就是"prohibit who?".而D点明是"prohibit employee"
