2、重点在于，被禁止的不是duplicated facilities，而是duplicate这种行为，A、B和C在这方面都是有问题的；
3、A和B中的alone用法也是有问题的；
正确答案是E，虽然if only because是一个看起来可能有点错误的形式，这里if only是用来给出对某样东西的原因，if only because并没有错，虽然看起来不那么好。
