我有点想不明白，题目划线部分中有一个and，为什么此时不考察平行结构呢？感觉A选项and前后不平行的。求解答，谢谢啦！

如OG，考查Logical predication ; verb form
我感觉，并不是所有的题都如OG所示显示2个考点，而是把最重要的2个考查点列出

先看句意知道是解释了2个事the universe began in... and has been...
最好是用平行结构，再看CD选项，20b yrs ago的that修饰也不对，很容易排除
ABE看起来都是平行结构，这时候就考查逻辑含义和时态的辨别了根据句意一个发生在过去，一个仍在持续。排除B两个过去完成并列，排除E缺少第一个谓语

and 连接的平行 不要求 时态一定要平行的， 只要求 逻辑意思平行，就是好的， 虽然很多时候， OG 又会死卡 平行的 时候 要 verb form 一致， 但是 有时候 这个点 可以 split 有时候又不用纠结这个split。
