我也觉得可以省略，不影响句子的含义，不过这道题好像都有too.

我也觉得这个是倒装，不过对于这个too也不太明白，既然已经so are modems了，为什么还要too呢，这个不是冗余么？关键还是这个结构看起来比较陌生，从来没有遇到过。。。

个人意见：

so这里指modems与computers的共有特性。所以and前后应连接2个句子。CE后面都不是完整句。D容易引起歧义，they指代不清。A中and后面连接句子中有2个谓语动词。所以选B

关于so too结构 目前我只知道 just as..., so too+倒装句或正常语序 译为：正如。。。； 同样的。。。

这道题我原来不会 今天不经意看到了 不知现在我理解的对不对 请指正
