但是我记得 只有从句和主句主语一致并且主句有be动词时 从句的主语和be 动词才能省略
这三题是怎么回事呢？？

个人见解：从句本身没有Be doing 形式 而是do 时也可以用conj+doing，不过要保证从句主语与主句主语一致。
楼主说的也是对的，当主语中有be 时，从句中的be doing经常省略be。不过be的形式要一致。

若有不同意见，麻烦指正。
