请教过来人，到底有哪些学校需要申请时就邮寄大学成绩单的？

学校的网站上说：
Your application for admission to the Daytime MBA must include a legible, scanned copy of your official transcript(s) that can be uploaded to the online application. Self-reported transcripts and scanned copies of unofficial transcripts are not acceptable. You should submit transcripts for each college or university you have attended. Hard copies of official transcripts will not be accepted prior to an offer of admission.

You MUST upload an OFFICIAL copy of your undergraduate transcript. All courses and grades must be listed. The DEGREE GRANTED and the DATE CONFERRED must be clearly visible on your transcript. If your transcript does not clearly state degree and date, please upload a copy of your DIPLOMA, in addition to the transcript. If your transcript is not in English, you must make arrangements to have it translated, attested, and uploaded along with the originals.

If you are admitted to Daytime MBA program, you are required to submit a hard copy official transcript in a sealed envelope from each college or university you have attended for verification.

你申请学校的时候，自然会一家一家查要求，按照你要申请的学校的要求做就是了。

自然是查过了，目标学校的网站上，目前都是声称录取后才会要邮寄的成绩单。

只不过稍微搜索一下论坛，发现这里不少人声称录取过程也是需要邮寄的成绩单的，所以产生了疑惑

成绩单貌似没有需要提前邮寄的，倒是G/T成绩，我知道貌似Duke和Ross都需要在提交deadline之前通过ETS送分，这个说实话有些BT，提醒大家注意...

请问下，要是申请系统里没说送分的话，那申请时就按self-reported成绩来评估了？如果录取的话再寄正式成绩？
