恩，这里的确不像prep里说的那样做伴随状语。
不过做结果状语的话，这个逻辑上也有点问题吧：KV表面上的一些要素看起来很像南极冰流的底部，这个事件导致了暗示（suggesting）浮动冰块可以雕刻火星水槽。(翻译的很烂，不要介意）而且结果状语，貌似都是由causing这一类词引导的，这里用suggesting引导感觉怪怪的。
