D,E的主要区别在于while包含转折的意思，即“尽管” e.g.: Tom like apple while i prefer pear.
with 通常用于表示伴随的语境，无转折意。e.g.:with a book in her arm, the teacher came in.
because of(because)表示强烈的因果关系，e.g.: Becoz of ur fault, the meeting has been canceled.
as在这一系列中主要是同because比较记忆的，它表示一种相对弱化的因果关系，近似于伴随 e.g.: as a matter of fact, our earth is not a perfect sphere.

1.while的用法有2个：contrast/at the same time,
但是通常放在句首的都表示contrast

即便是while这里做at the same time，也错误；
While the cost of wireless service has plummeted in the last year and mobile phones are increasingly common---这里前面是完成时and后是现在时，所以错误，时态应该是一样的

2. with N doing sth, svo表示和s同时发生的一个状态，我记得以前有个例题是：猴子倒钩在树上，用的就是with doing的状态
