过去的情况不能推未来
即使可以，但是房价会涨不代表人们投资就会有利润，比如可能买房后价格上涨了但是没人买，就是所谓的有价无市
最后，买了stock的人也可以用stock来提高生活质量，比如可以开个小商店之类增加收入的吧。。
一点我的想法，不一定对

我倒是覺得歷史可以推未來。連漲五年了，依歷史經驗，肯定會有修正期發生，
再不然，就是個大泡沫。這就是歷史可以推未來的明證。
相對的，連跌5年的股市，肯定會有反彈期發生，所以最佳策略是，
賣了房子買股票。
