这里的tha修饰的是前面的satellites，是复数，所以一定是在d，e里面的一个，而d选项太wordy，所以e对。

这个题最重要的splits之一是that之后用单数还是复数。
one of 加复数名词后的从句的谓语动词取决去句子所要表达的逻辑意思，如下面两个例子：
One of the apples from the basket is rotten. (particular apple)
She is one of the contestants who have prior knowledge of cat-walk.(talking about all those contestants)
而在这个题目中应该是用复数，因为所有这些卫星是这个15年成就的一部分，暗示这15年成就可能还包括除了卫星之外的其他因素，如科学家，政府的资助等等；而不单指这一个卫星。
