我到觉得是：

among them介词短语提前，修饰threat and the decline in sales, 原因是并列的名词短语太长。

真有歧义的可能。。。。因为代词向前指代顺序：主语宾语修饰语成分，所以有歧义之嫌但是别的选项也有毛病啊败给ets了出尔反尔阿

我只记得这几个these,those,this,that不能单独做主语，没听说过不能独立指代，再次顶这题
