我觉得在语法上没什么区别，意思是一样的，只是一个用了强调句型一个用that引导主语从句，形式不一样而已。前提是E去掉the fact。但是用that引导这么长一串很冗长，头重脚轻，而用it is .....that的形式可以避免这种头重脚轻，一目了然。将后面的句子连起来，你会觉得it is...that....的强调句型更加流畅，与后面的句子衔接的更加紧密。其他的也说不出来什么不同。同等待NN解答！

嗯我也是这么想的……虽然用主语从句感觉头重脚轻但也不影响意思表达，为什么OG说不能convey the meaning of the sentence？？等待NN！

没有什么问题，就是因为the fact导致的wordy，和头重脚轻导致的重心不明确是作者的意思不能 successfully 表达出来。解释并没说不能表达出来~！
