对于A选项，网上的帖子都说如果不补充that 就没有比较的对象，但是我觉得比较对象一样的时候，是可以省略的，如果补充完整就是lower than （the annual per capita income ）of the most....，A中省略了the annual per capita income，我认为A之所以错是因为in错误，income in ....逻辑上感觉不对，应该用介词of。因此，我觉得如果B中that省略也是对的。
不知道我的理解对不对，请NN们指教

虽然mannhattan的SC的书里都提到了关于省略的问题，但是题目做到下来感觉是G偏向能不省尽量不省，除非是选项逼得你不得不省；也就是说

A. 一个是省略的
B. 一个是不省略的

你觉得哪个最好？你会因为简洁性原则选A，而不选B?
我会选B的，因为有时省的太厉害会导致歧义，我宁可选哪个保险系数高的

B的that不可以省略吧，因为在本题中that有指代对象income，如果如suci所说改成局部介词比较形式，则前面也需要出现一个可以比较的介词结构以及一个完整的句子结构，比如The income is much lower in Bihar than in the most impoverished countries of the world.

是不是就是说 income 只是that的指代对象，但income不能做为能省略的比较对象，因为前面并没有一个完整的比较结构可以省略

想问，如果在lower than 前面不上一个同位名词，如：an income 的话，那么A选项的用法可以吗？
