我理解的中文（不对指正哈）：没有其他的历史性观测能像哈雷彗星一样产生这么大的震撼，当追溯到1910到1911年~

我觉得its指代的是Halley’s Comet
所以应该翻译为  哈雷彗星从来没有在哪一次历史观测中引起像它在1910-1911的回归中那样大的世界范围内的震撼。

有点这个意思，可是怎么才能看出他是介词短语的比较呢，比如这题，是不是通过看选项才能看出来呢？这里难道没有动词比较吗？
