不明白 A的its不会有歧义吗

同问这个with，prep语法笔记说with错误修饰主语，为什么错误？不就是gyrfalcon的numbers吗？刚好啊.... with好像是可以修饰主语的啊？E项到底是什么错了，greater than对比双方不平行吗？大家帮帮忙啊~~~~~
