个人观点哈，如果E是raised hopes for a recovery, 就不会像现在这样，我的理解是hopes for 后面还是接简单的中心词，或是比如for a final recovery, 如果是hopes for a recovery finally under way, 修饰成分后置显得拖沓，因为这样不如用像D那样的从句表达。
