although/though/even though/if/when/while/as + adj/分词，SVO.    省略主语和系动词
例如 He should concentrate while (he is) doing homework.

如果要让has raised和has reduced平行，可以这样
have reduced sickness, sleeping and fatigue, and have raised....不过这样写的话显得很awkward.
因为reduced的结果造成了生产效率的提高，所以用伴随动作while raising是最好的
